COVID-19 Operations
The health and safety of our employees, clients, and community is our highest priority. We will continue to update this page to reflect the most current guidance from the World Health Organization and local government health agencies.
Sanitizing Procedures
All equipment provided by Greywolf Productions is sanitized and safe for use when equipment passes to your production. In consultation with the industry and our manufacturing partners, we’ve developed a comprehensive set of sanitizing protocols for all equipment provided by us.
Following World Health Organization guidelines for longest suspected survival of the virus on hard surfaces, Greywolf Productions will quarantine all incoming gear for a 72-hour period and apply electrostatic spray disinfectant where possible or UVC treatment prior to handling of equipment.
Placing an Order
Clients are encouraged to place orders in advance. This will allow for gear to be pulled and staged prior to customer pickup while ensuring there is enough space in-between rental equipment to be fully quarantined (72-hour period).
Curb-side Pickup/ Drop Off
Greywolf Productions will support “curb-side” transactions, allowing client drivers to remain in their vehicles while staff offload / load gear and present contract at vehicle window, with the possibility of digital signing in the near future.
Deliveries
All deliveries to/from Greywolf Productions must be either no contact (drop and go) or must comply with physical distancing recommendations.
For courier deliveries, please refer to that courier for their COVID-19 measures. Greywolf Productions will ensure to the best of our ability that courier are meeting the standards described above and following World Health Organization protocols before selecting shipping methods.
